Synopsis: The Hottie and the Nottie is the most entertaining film that was released on February 8, 2008. Produced by Hadeel Reda and Directed by Tom Putnam, it is a romantic comedy flick, that stars some popular names such as Paris Hilton, Joel David Morre, and Christine Lakin. With Total Production cost of $9,000,000, the filming took place in 2007 and earned the gross revenue of $1,596,232. The film is written by Heidi Ferrer.

The story starts and introduces the lead character named Nate Copper (Joel David Moore) who is having crush for Cristabel Abbott (Paris Hilton) since his school days. She is the most gorgeous and sexy women. Nate then meets his friend named Arno (Greg Wilso) at beach.  Arno’s mother knows much about Cristabel, also known to having unusual relationship with her son.

As the story unfolds Nate gets to know that Cristabel takes morning walk on the beach every morning. Cristabel is still single and enjoys her life. Besides that she still has friendship with June Phigg (Christine Lakin). Eventually Nate got an opportunity to express his loves to her dream woman Cristabel, but she is not ready to date with him as she wishes her best friend June gets a girlfriend. For the sake of his love, Nate than makes his effort to find a girl for June.

Now the story moves further and focuses on June who meets Johann Wulrich (Johann Urb), who an unattractive women. She is professionally a dentist and also having a great passion for modeling. June is so much impressed by the beauty of Johann and soon they fall in love with each others. On the other hand Cristabel also becomes agree to date with Nate. Now June and Nate both are good friend, but the major twist hit when June’s appearance gets transformed into an attractive woman and that makes Nate to realize that she is the girl who lives in his dream.

Its music, which is composed by David E. Russo, also played a great role to make it a disaster at the box office. The film declared a blockbuster by the excellent performance in its first week, grossed the wholesome revenue of $27,696.
