Jiah Khan is one of the new comer actresses in Bollywood who has shot to fame in a very little time in Bollywood. She was born on the 20th February 1988 in Britain and she was raised also in England itself in Chelsea London.

She3 is the daughter of Rabiya Amin who was a hindi film Actress in the 1980s and she belonged to Uttar Pardesh. Her father was an Indian American nnamed Ali Rizvi Khan who settled in London. Her mother was best known for her movie Dulha Bikta Hai.

She did her studies in Literature in film making in London and also went on to join the Lee Straberg Academy of Dramtic Arts in New York. She worked on her A level also. She left the academy in New York one she got an offer from Bollywood and started working on it.

She was first supposed to debuted in a film when she was sixteen years old and the movie was directed by Mukesh Bhatt and was called Tumsa Nahin Dekha.She replaced the movie and the role was taken over by Dia Mirza.

She actually debut in a movie two years later called Nishabd which was a controversial movie about the attraction between Amitabh Bachchan and her. The age difference in this romance was considered very controversial and never seen before on a screen with such a big star.

She got Best Debutant nominations for her role too and since then has been a popular face on television. Later she appeared in Ghajini opposite Aamir and the movie too was a big hit indeed.

She again appeared in a hit film called Housefull which was directed by Sajid Khan and has maintained her record of appearing in only hit movies making her face pretty popular. Her future project includes Madhur Bhandarkars Dil Toh Bachcha Hai Ji.
