Jessica Alba is quiet famous as an American celebrity, also known as Jessica Marie Alba. She was born on April 28, 1981 in Pomona, California, United States. Alba belongs to the family of Mark Alba and Catherine. Her father was an employee of air force. She has a younger brother named Joshua and introduces her family as a conservative family.

Alba accepted the catholic religion during her teenage and came into first ever relationship with Michael Weatherly, her co-star in film ‘Dark Angel.’ However the relation was ended in 2003, when both made announcement of their separation. Alba married Michael Warren on May 19, 2008 in Los Angeles and gave birth of a child. She is famously known as a well known film actress and television artist who began her career at the only age of 13.

She got an excellent opportunity to play a lead role in a television series ‘Dark Angeles’ from 2000 to 2002 and later on made her appearance in many films such as Honey, Fantastic Four, Into the Blue, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, and many more.

Career:
Alba was keen to be an actress at the early age of her life and did a small role in film ‘Camp Nowhere’ in 1994. At the same time she also got an excellent chance to appear in television commercials and featured in independent films. Alba took a lesson for acting and appeared in a romantic comedy film Never Been Kissed, directed by Drew Barrymore, in 1999.

Alba was cast in a comedy horror film Idle Hands, co-starring Devon Sewa. In the movie her performance got well recognition and won the heart of every audience. Alba got her big break in the form of television series Dark Angeles, offered by a well known writer/director James Cameron. She won Teen Choice Award and Saturn Award for Best Actress for her wonderful performance in the series. Alba then appeared in the movie ‘Sin City’ and again appeared in its sequel ‘Into the Blue.’ However she was transitioned into a horror film ‘The eye’ in 2008.

Unfortunately the film could not recognized so well and got mixed reviews. After that she was cast ‘The Love Guru,’ co-starring Mike Myers and Justin Timberlake. The film delivered satisfactory result at the box office and she got nomination for ‘Razzie Award for Worst Actress.’

Alba’s most recent movies are The Killer Inside Me, An Invisible Sign, and Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World.
