Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan expressed his great jolt over the death of Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi, a famous personality and well known cricketer. Shah Rukh expressed his sorrow by speaking few words about Pataudi, father of veteran Bollywood actor, Saif Ali Khan, who dies on Thursday.

Shah Rukh said, “Pataudi was friend’s friend. He was a nice human being and offered his great contribution for Indian cricket. His death is a major loss for Indian cricket and will be quite difficult to compensate.”

He also said, “I got opportunity to meet him several times and learned some good things from him. It is sad news for all of us as we lost a great Indian cricketer who was an iconic figure as well.”

Aside from Shah Rukh Khan, several other film actors and cricketer expressed their sorrow on he death of legend Indian cricketer.         

However Shah Rukh stuck with media person at the Global Indian Music Award and finally come up with his words to pay a great tribute to Mansur Ali Khan. He also said that his heart goes out to Saif and his entire family member. It is nasty situation for all of them and prays to god to make the strong to fight the situation.   

Pataudi was a well know Indian cricketer who played various tournaments and gave their immense contribution to win the match. As a captain he got huge acclamation for his great to performance and contribution for making Indian team match winner. He finally tied the knot with popular Bollywood actress, Sharmila Tagore.   

While asking about whether he decided to meet the family of Pataudi;

The 45-year old actor revealed, “I am pretty close to saifu and consoled him. Beside that I have also planned to meet the family.”
