She had recently visited Malaysia for the promotion of her film Enthiran or one can also call it the launch of her film. The movie stars Aishwarya opposite Rajnikanth. The reason for Aishwarya to throw Tantrum at the airport was that she was not able to find her bag.

Aishwarya Rai was supposedly reported to have lost her favorite bag. She arrived at the airport at around 7: 30 am from Mumbai and then she was not able to locate her bag with make up kit in it. She was reportedly not leaving the V.I.P lounge till her bag was delivered to her two hours later. The local press made a lot of fun of Aishwarya Rai looking hot and prim even without the make up. The report also said that her mood took a U Turn upon spotting a news reporter. She also refused to speak to the media on the airport.
