Born on December 2, 1981 in the family of Lynne Irene and James Parnell Spears, She became international star by her first album and sold 100 million records in all over the world. Britney’s birth place is London. She is a sister of Bryan James and Jamie Lynn. She had great passion for dance since her childhood and later on attended dancing class in her home town Kent wood to fulfill her desire.

She participated in various state level competitions and finally started to perform as a child. In 1990 she signed a contract with Jive Records and became popular by releasing the song Baby One More Time in 1999 that followed Oops... I Did It Again, which became world wide famous sound track. Britney started to work at the early age and attended dancing class as well as voice lessons. She started her career as a voice artist and made her debut in the field of singing with the album Baby One More Time, released in 1999, became huge hit and got position of number one on United States Billboard 200. The album registered a great record of sales and topped the charts in fifteen countries. Later on the album received Grammy nomination for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. Her second music album was Oops... I Did It Again, which was released in May 2000.

It was another huge hit album from Britney and sold 1, 3 million copies in all over the world. It was the album that became internationally famous especially in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and many other European Countries. She then released her third album titled Britney in November 2001. It was another great album debuted at number one in the Billboard200 and also registered great sales record. Britney released many other albums such as In The Zone, Blackout, Circus, and Female Fatale.

Apart from that she also got opportunity to perform at the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards where she won the heart of the people by her wonderful performance.
